[new river journal is ba-ack]

After a period of dormancy (in the eloquent ELO's words) the New River Journal is back and kicking. The first issue includes work by Jason Nelson, David Herrstrom, and Dan Waber. Waber's piece is most interesting as it deals with the temporal dimension of writing.

I cruised the site and became hooked on the poetry. I have to be honest, I was more taken with the rollodex movement of each of the poem lines than the content. I would definitely need someone to explain the flow of meaning to me. But, it makes for a different kind of reading - that's for sure.
