Lastnight I had the pleasure of meeting Nancy White and listening to her speak. She's so chilled and gave such a relaxed talk that there were loads of opportunities for audience members to participate. She even did an excellent job of summing up key ideas drawn from audience questions (especially after that half-pint!).
